Thursday Morning Bootcamp at The P.T Barn
Get outdoors and go back to basics with this Fitness Bootcamp session.
THURSDAYS – 09:30-10:30 - £10 Pay As You Go or £48 for a 6 Week Block – First Session Free.
You will be trained by a qualified trainer who will use a wide range of equipment and body weight exercises.
Down at The P.T Barn we also have a large obstacle course where we can use some of the frames for doing various exercises.
Bootcamp training involves a mix of Team Work and Individual efforts.
So, if you are looking for something very different to your normal gym classes/bootcamps and want to get motivated then this could be perfect for you.
Sessions will be Outdoors so we advise wearing offroad trainers which can grip on slippery surfaces. Please also note that the equipment we use will get dirty so please dress appropriately.
This is a Pay As You Go Class but all classes must be booked online 24 hours in advance to secure your space. No 'just turning up'. If you are looking to attend your first session Free then please email us to book in.
