The P.T BARN  Spring/Summer
Time Trial

OCR IS BACK!

Head down to The P.T Barn and take on our Spring/Summer Time Trial Course

After the huge success of last years’ Time Trials, we have bought them back!

We hope you have all been keeping safe and well over the winter and are ready to start getting back out there and into OCR. After looking at the race calendar this year it was apparent that there were lots of gaps which is a real shame but is to be expected. UKOSF done a great job getting people back into OCR in 2020 and we want to assist with this in 2021.

Although UKOSF are not running Time Trials this year we have created a course and in-depth time trial rules which will fall in line with their standards.

The P.T Barn was opened up again at the end of March where we welcomed back our clients who do our weekly fitness/strength training. OCR will be back on the weekly schedule towards the end of April and fully operational by the end of May. We will be starting bookings for this Time Trial via Private Bookings and then you will be able to take part In them during Pay and Plays later in May.

The Time Trial will run through the Spring/Summer and finish at the end of August.

Age Cats (Age on May 1st 2021);

- 6-8.

- 9-12 M/F.

- 13-17 M/F.

- 18-39 M/F.

- 40-49 M/F.

- 50+ M/F.

Last year the course we used throughout the Summer was really simple and worked better than we could have ever expected. The beauty of its simplicity is that it would be won and lost on people taking chances at speed.

The course we have created this year is very different. It is a very well balanced and very well thought out course that will test your balance, agility, technical ability, running, fitness and strength. The course hasn’t been designed to be the hardest course out there technically but if you put the effort in it will hurt a lot! This course will stay on our Wood Chipped area to make it fairly all weather under Foot and the technical obstacles will be under the sheltered area so they remain drier and could be wiped down before your attempt and still be pretty dry.

We hope you like what we have created. Please check out the course rules below and we will get a video up asap for to see what it is all about.

Our Time Trials are run during our pay and play sessions. Simply book a time slot to take on the course during out Pay & Play session and you can play on the other obstacles before and after. You can also privately book to take on the time trial course.

Thanks, Coach Scotty and The P.T Barn Team
