OCR Racers Class: Level Up Your Race Day Performance!
 

Get your ultimate OCR fix with this high-intensity Fitness, Strength, and Conditioning session at The P.T Barn!
 

Running Sunday mornings from 08:30 to 10:00, this block is built for regular racers looking to step up their performance on race day.

 

💪 How It Works:
 

We kick off with a functional group warm-up before splitting into ability-matched groups. You will rotate through structured, weekly changing programmes combining a wide range of obstacles, strength drills, and fitness conditioning.

 

⚠️ Please note:
 

This is a fitness and conditioning session to prepare you for racing, not a step-by-step obstacle technique class.

 

🏃‍♂️ Maximize Your Training:
 

Want extra mileage? We are located directly opposite a beautiful Country Park. Grab a 30-minute run before or after class to build your endurance base!

 

👥 Who Is It For?
 

Adults (£15):

Open to all fitness abilities, but previous obstacle experience is required.
 

Advanced Juniors aged 12-15 (£10):

This is primarily an adult session, but we open 5 Junior Spaces per class for experienced young racers.

 

🗓️ Dates & Booking:

Due to race season commitments, this class runs on select Sundays.

🗓️Location:

The P.T Barn - Between Langdon Hills + Corringham.

 

🚨 Advanced bookings required. Spaces are strictly limited!
