A Little Bit About Me For Those Interested!
I am a Personal Trainer with over 14 years experience in the health, fitness and coaching sector. I specialise in body transformations and achieve goals with my clients by completing personalised training programmes.

I provide a range of services, listed below but not limited to:

- Group Exercise Classes, including Strike, Circuits, Kettlebells etc.

- Sports Specific Training i.e. individuals and teams [pre-season training]

I simply care about my clients results and have a reputation within the industry for my firm but fair approach to training. No two sessions with my clients are the same – fat loss is about being creative and keeping people motivated to deliver. Most of my job is actually mental and not physical believe it or not!
I don’t claim to be THE personal trainer for everyone. I have never been sacked by a client myself, but on the rare occasion I have had to end client relationships as I feel I may not be the best match for their needs. PT’s should have a track record of doing this in my opinion as it shows they are not just in this industry to earn money but they’re there because they care. Your transformation is my advertising at the end of the day; I care about your journey to a healthy lifestyle and maintaining it!
