Open Gym’ style session where you can come down and get stuck into whatever you like. It is the perfect opportunity to work on your OCR skills in a controlled environment before hitting the courses. With one of our Personal Trainers on hand to offer advice this really is a great opportunity for those looking to learn. It is a drop in session with a real relaxed, social feel to it. It does not matter if you are a complete beginner or have trained for years. Everyone comes down equal and helps each other from start to finish.



Get outdoors and go back to basics Fitness Bootcamp session. THURSDAYS – 09:30-10:30 - £10 Pay As You Go or £48 for a 6 Week Block – First Session Free. You will be trained by a qualified trainer who will use a wide range of equipment and body weight exercises. Down at The P.T Barn we also have a large obstacle course where we can use some of the frames for doing various exercises.

Bootcamp training involves a mix of Team Work and Individual efforts. So, if you are looking for something very different to your normal gym classes/bootcamps and want to get motivated then this could be perfect for you.



Go back to basics with this no nonsense Circuit Class! THURSDAYS - 18:00-19:00 + 19:15-20:15. You will be trained by a qualified trainer who will use a wide range of equipment and body weight exercises through a variety of different styles of Circuit Classes. Your training will also be held at the number 1 outdoor training facility in Essex which hosts the U.K's largest selection of obstacles so you can be sure never to get bored at training! So if you are looking get motivated in this high energy, fast moving class then get booked on! FIRST SESSION FREE! If you have not attended one of our classes before then you can come try this one for free.




These classes are part of a 6 week training block which need to be pre-booked and can only be attended by those who are booked on to the 6 weeks. This is very much a results driven Strength and Fitness programme. We use a mix of Body Weight, Kettlebell, TRX and mixed Bootcamp style equipment. If you want to train alongside others that want results then this is the option for you. We recommend being an Intermediate and above Fitness Level to carry out this programme. 




We run a wide range of OCR Workshops for all different abilities and group sizes. Whether you take part in OCR to COMPETE or COMPLETE it is always nice to be able to nail the obstacles in front of you. We believe that training in a controlled environment will help you develop out on the course. You will be surprised how reasonable these workshops are and the best bit is that you can train at a time which works best for you and your mates.
