British OCR 400m
Championships 2026
 

Come and take on the 2026 British OCR 400m Championship course, hosted by The P.T Barn.
 

Sunday 13th September - 09:00-15:00.

Take on our fast flowing 400m course and put your skills to the test to see who is Britain's number one!

We will run this event as a head to head format so expect some great races!

This event is available for 10-60+

We had some great feedback from our 2025 course and will use this knowledge alongside info from Ireland 2025 and other events to help create our best championship quality course!

A full Rule Book will be made available prior to the race.

- Overall Elite Podium.
- Overall International Podium.
- 10-11.
- 12-13.
- 14-17.
- 18-34.
- 35-44.
- 45-49.
- 50-54.
- 55-59.
- 60+.
- Adaptive Upper body.
- Adaptive Lower body.
- Visual impairment.

There will be £100 in Prize Money for 1st Place Elite Male and 1st Place Elite Female.

You will get 2 qualifying runs of the course and the top 8 overall will go into further knockout rounds to decide the overall British OCR 400m Champions.

The final times are subject to change based on registrations.
