6 Week Strength & Fitness Training Course

Step Up Your Training at The P.T Barn!

 

Get outdoors and take on our 6-Week Strength + Fitness Course at our private, purpose-built outdoor training facility between Basildon and Corringham (SS17 9NH).

This is results-driven, gym-quality training in the great outdoors. No gimmicks, no social media fluff—just structured programming, expert coaching, and a community of like-minded people.

 

🕒 The Weekly Schedule

Train 3 times per week with expert Personal Trainers:

  • Monday: 18:30 – 19:45 (Course Attendees Only)

  • Tuesday: 18:30 – 19:45 (Course Attendees Only)

  • Thursday: 18:30 – 19:45 (Team Bootcamp Session – Open to PAYG)
     

📈 How It Works

  • Monday + Tuesdays: We build the foundations. Every block starts with basic functional movements (Push, Pull, Squat, Lift, Carry) to master your technique. Over 6 weeks, we layer on complex movements, high-intensity intervals, and bodyweight routines.

  • Thursdays: A traditional bootcamp experience. We open the field to Pay-As-You-Go participants to create a high-energy team atmosphere where you work together to smash your goals.

This course is designed for individuals with previous training experience. This ensures you can safely match the intensity of the sessions, avoid injury, and pace yourself effectively across the 6 weeks.
