Get MATCH FIT at The P.T Barns Junior Sports Fitness & Conditioning Class!
Welcome to our new Junior Sports Fitness & Conditioning Class at The P.T Barn (Basildon/Corringham).
We have worked with lots of local teams through Team Building sessions and Pre-Season Fitness. We are often asked if we run regular training sessions - and now we do!
This will be an all round session which will assist with a range of sports. We will break down exercises to teach strong form, good techniques and work towards building a solid base.
Learning safe techniques will assist as the young athletes start to get older and move on to using gyms by themselves. Building a solid base through a range of strength and conditioning exercises will assist with injury prevention and aid with peak performance.
The P.T Barn is an outdoor Obstacle Course, so we have a wide range of frames and equipment to assist with the sessions. The training will be done up on our woodchipped area and under Flood Lights.
Expect a wide range of exercises to assist with structural strength, balance exercises, cardio, saq, power, jumping, pushing, pulling, core and much more!
The session is aimed for a range of abilities between the ages of 12-16.
All coaches are fully qualified, trained and insured.
Sessions are;

£10.50 per session.

£8 per session when you book a full term (Block Booking only).
Sessions go ahead in all weathers (other than when dangerous), so please make sure athletes are prepped in the correct clothing/trainers. Darker coloured clothes are advised as they will get a little dirty when they are down here and it is wet. Please also bring a drink.
There are no facilities other than a toilet. Bags can be left in Portacabin or Cars.
