DON'T WASTE OUR TIME. We run a wide range of activities for all abilities - THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. 
Please only sign up if you have a decent all round conditioning Physically and Mentally. On our latest date we almost shut the door one hour in and was prepared to give everyone a full refund as to put it politely - they were rubbish! They didn't work hard for their team, they didn't have any kind of conditioning and did not step outside their comfort zone at all. We do not expect only superstars to attend, far from it, but we do expect you to fully commit. 


 

You can expect a wide range of Exercises and Challenges to push yourself to your maximum Physically and Mentally!


Believe me when I say this really is a day not to be missed! You have only got to check out the reviews from previous days to tell you that this will be one amazing day! The 6 hours is different each time we run this, but one thing is for sure and that is that we will try our hardest to break you in the first 3-4 hours. Don't come here expecting Circuits in a field. This is full on, we are full on and you will need to bring your A game! 


We will try our hardest to pull you apart but you guys will need to come together as a team and get one another through it. If you try and do it individually you will fail. Work as a team, support one another and it will be a lot easier. This really is such a good chance to look at your mental strength and see what you can put yourself though. 


Get to lunch time and from there on in we turn towards team work through a range of team exercises. At this point the instructors will take the pressure down and turn more supportive and get you working better as a team to overcome the challenges. 


We recommend that you have a decent fitness level and all round conditioning going into this as you will be pushing your body hard for a long period of time. Saying that, it will be your mental strength that gets you through the day. If you are easily offended please don't sign up as the instructors will go into 'character' and when they do so they will be rude and they will highlight people not putting the effort in.
